''Some people believe that verse 27 refers to Yeshua, but Yeshua confirmed a covenant for all time (and not just for one week). Therefore, verse
27 also seems to refer to the anti-messiah, who will confirm a covenant
with many for one “seven” (i.e., a seven year period). This may be
accompanied by sacrifices and offerings; however, in the middle of the
seven (i.e., at the 3 1/2 year mark), the anti-messiah will bring an end
to these sacrifices and offerings. The two witnesses will also begin
their ministry about this time (for 3 1/2 years), which will take us to
the end of the 7 years of tribulation.''
