What does "I am being" mean?

Without context it’s hard for me to explain. There are two obvious possibilities. One, it could be a sentence in the passive voice, e.g. “I am being followed” = Someone is following me; “I am being interviewed on TV tonight” = Someone is going to interview me on TV tonight.

What are non-continuous verbs?
Non-continuous verbs; verbs that cannot be used in continuous forms are usually verbs that you cannot see somebody doing. These verbs are rarely used in continuous forms. They are: Abstract verbs Be, want, cost, need, care, contain, owe, exist etc. Possession verbs Own, belong, possess etc.
